ABOUT THE SHOW

Trash Planet is a narrative fiction podcast that features raucous improv, gorgeous worldbuilding, heartfelt storytelling, and a blistering punk rock soundtrack. Character-forward and deeply rooted in queer joy, Trash Planet is perfect for fans of Dimension 20, Dungeons & Daddies, and Disco Elysium. 

Follow four troublemakers – a disgraced priest, a demented performance artist, an aging revolutionary, and an unprofessional athlete – as they claw their way through Helike, the landfill at the end of the universe. As our crew struggles to keep a pizza restaurant afloat, battles local warlords, and uncovers the mysteries of their home, TRASH PLANET asks – when the chips are down, what do we owe each other? 

TRASH PLANET stars five of Cincinnati’s sicknastiest improv comedians. Gameplay is powered by AState, a Forged in the Dark roleplaying game. TRASH PLANET also features a blistering soundtrack by local Midwestern punks. Come take a stroll in the biopunk post-apocalypse.

is a tattoo artist and writer in southern Ohio. He has fourteen years’ experience as a game master, fierce love for all life on the margins, and a great attitude. Rabbit’s writing has been featured in Strange Horizons, Tidelines, and beyond. Her tattoos have been featured on all the cool people. He/Him

is an improv comedian and Survivor enthusiast. He is taller than most babies, but shorter than most doors.

Maddie

She/They

is a human with a myriad of interests and always trying to figure out how to use them to survive. While her professional experience is mostly in tech and analytics, she has always had a love for building community and the arts. Maddie has been performing improv on and off since high school, and can be seen performing at Improv Cincinnati regularly. When she’s not doing silly-make-em-ups with her friends, you can find her working with kids by way of teaching the performing arts with American Legacy Theatre or tutoring with Inner City Youth Opportunities.
